We design and lead individual workshops using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method. The method ensures 100% equal participation of all participants. Every voice is heard, every idea is seen. Common models are created on the table and common mental models in the heads of all participants. A common understanding is as good as guaranteed.
In our professional careers in lean management and agile software development, we have experienced, learned, tried out and developed various forms of training and knowledge transfer ourselves. We believe that the most sustainable learning successes are achieved through practical experience and simulations. The work of Piaget and Papert substantiates our believes.
